Please use Loblaws City Market entrance: Evolve Strength is located on the fourth floor of The Post building. The elevator can be found beside the Starbucks kiosk.
The front desk staff will assist you with checking in on the tablet, which will notify us that you’ve arrived. You’re welcome to use the washroom or relax in the waiting area until we come to get you.
As our guests, you will also have access to the infrared saunas and showers attached to the men’s and women’s change rooms to enhance your recovery!
